What types of candidates do you work with?
We work with professionals across our three practice areas: SAP, Data & AI, and Financial & Advisory. Within those areas, we work at all levels from experienced specialists to senior leaders and C-suite. What these candidates have in common is that they are typically strong performers in their current roles — our clients are not looking for people who are available because they need to be.
I am not actively looking for a new role. Is it worth getting in touch?
Yes — and most of the candidates we place were not actively looking when we first made contact. Our clients come to us specifically to reach people who would never respond to a job advert. If you are performing well in your current role and open to hearing about the right opportunity, that is exactly the profile our clients are asking for. A conversation with us is confidential and carries no obligation.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We treat every conversation as confidential by default. We do not share your details with any client without your explicit agreement, and we never approach your current employer. Before presenting your profile for any role, we will discuss the opportunity with you in full and confirm you are comfortable proceeding. If you decide a role is not right for you, your details remain with us and go no further.
Do you charge candidates a fee?
No. Our fees are paid by the client companies we work with. There is no charge to candidates at any stage of the process.
