About the Role

As a Program Lead, you serve as the primary point of contact for our C-level clients, confidently steering large, international delivery teams through challenging transformation initiatives. Combining deep SAP expertise, strong consulting skills, and personal maturity, you foster trust and stability while ensuring lasting project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs across all SAP Activate phases
• Management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies in complex S/4HANA template and global rollout projects
• Building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, program sponsors, and steering committees in national and international settings, alongside active expectation and escalation management
• Coaching and mentoring project managers and consultants, acting as a stabilizing leader and trusted advisor
• Contributing to the further development of our SAP portfolio, delivery standards, industrialized and AI-driven project execution, and proposal development

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an SAP Project or Program Lead in complex transformation projects, with proven responsibility for at least one full SAP S/4HANA end-to-end project
• Deep functional expertise in a core SAP area (e.g., Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, HR, or Production & Manufacturing), complemented by knowledge of current AI and future technologies
• Strong consulting and leadership skills, a confident presence at the top-management level, and excellent communication and presentation abilities
• High resilience and strong conflict-resolution skills, combined with an understanding of project metrics, cost-efficiency, and contractual frameworks
