Job Description

We are working with a leading IT consultancy to find an expert for their expanding team in Hamburg. Location is Hamburg with a home-office contract, and the salary ranges from 60,000 to 90,000€ per year.

Our Tasks

• You advise customers on the introduction and operation of SAP Cloud ALM for project and operations management – from implementation, requirements and test management to change & deployment and operations.
• You will support the transition from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM and shape the target image for Application Lifecycle Management in the context of S/4HANA transformations.
• You model, analyze and optimize business processes with SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Process Governance, Collaboration Hub) based on BPMN 2.0.
• You conduct process discovery and process mining workshops, uncover optimization potential and derive concrete measures from it.
• You connect process models from SAP Signavio with SAP Cloud ALM, thus supporting fit-to-standard, scoping, testing and go-live in SAP Activate projects.
• You support customers with RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP and build process governance and continuous improvement.
• You prepare results for decision-makers and design workshops, demos and training sessions.
• You contribute your own ideas to the further development of our Cloud ALM and Signavio offerings and actively help to support the team’s growth.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable subject, or you have equivalent practical experience.
• You have already gained professional experience in SAP consulting, ideally with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP Signavio (as a senior: several years of project experience and responsibility for sub-projects).
• You are familiar with SAP Activate and have experience with process modeling according to BPMN 2.0 – knowledge of process mining is an advantage.
• Ideally, you have an understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes and transformation projects (Brownfield, Greenfield, Cloud).
• SAP certifications (e.g., in SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Signavio) are advantageous.
• You moderate workshops confidently and can explain complex concepts in an understandable way.
• Furthermore, you have fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the desire to develop professionally and personally complete your profile.
