About the Role
Ready for your next Ivalua opportunity? We’re currently working with a major global Ivalua consulting partner that is continuing to invest heavily in its Digital Procurement practice. The business is involved in large-scale Ivalua transformation programmes, working with major international organisations to redesign procurement processes, implement new technology and deliver Source-to-Pay transformation. This is an opportunity for an experienced Ivalua Consultant, Senior Consultant or Manager to take on significant project responsibility, work directly with senior client stakeholders and play a key role in delivering complex procurement transformation.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and deliver Ivalua implementation and transformation projects from design through to implementation
- Analyse and redesign Source-to-Pay and procurement processes
- Translate business and procurement requirements into effective Ivalua solutions
- Configure and optimise Ivalua based on specific client requirements
- Lead client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Advise procurement leaders and stakeholders on digital procurement strategy and technology
- Bridge the gap between procurement, business processes and IT
- Support solution design, testing, implementation and go-live activities
- Contribute to proposals, bids and client pitches
- Take responsibility for project streams and, depending on experience, lead smaller project teams
- Build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders
What we’re looking for
We’re particularly interested in people with experience across Ivalua and Source-to-Pay transformation. You could be a strong fit if you have:
- Several years’ experience within procurement consulting, digital procurement or Source-to-Pay transformation
- Hands-on experience with Ivalua – implementation, configuration, solution design, consulting or project delivery
- Experience working across areas such as Source-to-Pay, eProcurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management or Procure-to-Pay
- Experience leading workstreams, projects or smaller consulting teams
- Strong understanding of the relationship between procurement processes and technology
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- The ability to operate comfortably with both business and IT stakeholders
- Fluent German and strong English
- Experience with other leading procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer or Synertrade can also be relevant, particularly where there is a strong understanding of Source-to-Pay transformation.
