Your role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and successful implementation of complex Ivalua solutions. You will lead sub-projects, advise stakeholders as equals, and actively shape the further development of our eProcurement platform.

• Design and further development of end-to-end S2P solutions in Ivalua, including template and rollout concepts.
• Creation of architecture and integration concepts (e.g., ERP, MDM, SSO, Identity), including API design and data modeling.
• Implementation management, backlog steering, quality assurance.
• Implementation of governance, change and stakeholder management, as well as risk and release planning.
• Support in pre-sales activities such as effort estimation, creation of demos and support of proof-of-concepts.
• Sharing knowledge within the team, promoting collaboration, and establishing standards and best practices.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in the eProcurement / Source-to-Pay environment – e.g. with Ivalua, JAGGAER, Coupa or Ariba.
• A solid understanding of S2P processes such as catalog management, sourcing, contracts, and workflows.
• Experience in leading projects or sub-projects and in using agile or hybrid working methods.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
