The profiles attracting the strongest interest combine deep SAP platform knowledge with hands-on experience in AI tooling. Companies want people who can translate between their SAP Core team and emerging data science functions without losing the thread in either direction. Searches for senior SAP architects in Munich and Zurich now routinely include AI orchestration as a requirement, and salaries for candidates who can deliver both have moved up noticeably over the past year.<\/p>\n
