We already see clients distinguishing between consultants who can articulate business outcomes and those who speak only in transaction codes. The practical effect: passing the exam no longer guarantees you can hold a room. Demonstrating comfort with the roleplay format, and describing how you performed in those scenarios, gives you a concrete talking point in interviews.
