SAP stellte auf seiner Connect-Veranstaltung in Las Vegas \u201eJoule Work\u201c, \u201eJoule Assistants\u201c und die \u201eSAP Business AI Platform\u201c vor. Das Konzept ist einfach: KI soll sich von einem Gespr\u00e4chsassistenten zu einer Ausf\u00fchrungsmaschine entwickeln, die in den Bereichen Beschaffung, Finanzen und Lieferkette Ma\u00dfnahmen ergreifen kann, ohne darauf warten zu m\u00fcssen, dass ein Mensch auf \u201eGenehmigen\u201c klickt.<\/p>\n

Was uns besonders aufgefallen ist, ist, wie sich dadurch das Anforderungsprofil der Fachkr\u00e4fte, nach denen Unternehmen suchen, ver\u00e4ndert. Eine Leiterin f\u00fcr Finanztransformation, die wir Anfang dieses Jahres vermittelt haben, widmete die H\u00e4lfte ihres Vorstellungsgespr\u00e4chs der Frage, wie sie automatisierte Buchungsregeln steuern w\u00fcrde. Diese Frage der Steuerung steht nun im Mittelpunkt dessen, was Kunden wissen m\u00f6chten, bevor sie ein Angebot unterbreiten.<\/p>\n

Wenn ein System konzerninterne Salden selbstst\u00e4ndig ausgleichen oder die Bestandsauff\u00fcllung anhand von Nachfragesignalen anpassen kann, muss die daf\u00fcr zust\u00e4ndige Person im Hinblick auf die Ausnahmebehandlung denken. Eine auf technischer Kompetenz aufbauende Denkweise in Bezug auf Governance und Risiken ist es, was die Kandidaten auf der engeren Auswahlliste von den \u00fcbrigen unterscheidet.<\/p>\n

Unternehmen, die S\/4HANA einf\u00fchren, sollten sich \u00fcberlegen, ob ihr Team diesen Grad an Automatisierung bew\u00e4ltigen kann, ohne dass dabei blinde Flecken entstehen. Die besten Mitarbeiter, die wir in letzter Zeit eingestellt haben, sind diejenigen, die sich gegen eine vollst\u00e4ndige Automatisierung wehren, wenn die Randf\u00e4lle unklar sind, und die wissen, wie man Kontrollmechanismen einrichtet, dank derer ein Finanzvorstand nachts ruhig schlafen kann.<\/p>\n
